Cabin #17 is a two bedroom cabin each with two double beds;
kitchen; bathroom and a living room with a brick fireplace.
Cabin #17 is a hand hewn log cabin with white chinking between the logs
and a yellow brick fireplace in the living room. Hard wood floors throughout
the cabin. Two bedrooms with two doubles in each. Perched on top of a
little hill with a nice yard around the cabin. The back yard is bordered
with small pine trees for privacy.
Maximum occupancy: 8 people. Cabin occupancy includes babies, children, and adults.
Rates: $240.00/night or $1,000/week

Clarion River Fishing Facts
The Federally designated “Wild and Scenic” Clarion River flows adjacent to Cook Riverside Cabins thru Cooks Forest PA. You almost can fish from your front porch. The Clarion teams with aquatic life. Some of the species are:
- Smallmouth Bass
- Brown Trout
- Rainbow Trout
- Walleye
- Pike
- Tiger Musky
- Other non-game species as such as Suckers and Carp
Most fishermen use live bait, then lures to attract their fish. Fly fishermen will find the best Smallmouth Bass fishing in the EAST. Trout fishing in the Cooks Forest Cabins area is very good until the water warms. Upstream in the cooler waters there is a trophy trout area. Kids can walk to the special fishing area behind the Cook Forest State Park office. This site is only for those disabled or 12 and under. It is stocked regularly by the Pennsylvania Fish Commission.
